DECATHLON Hub Rowing will not sync to fitbit.

From my Home-Rowing app eConnect, they give these failure:

Why can't fitbit receive it as a exercise data?

In the Hub, have you consented to all the services to transfer to Fitbit?

yes I have, i have also proved that from both app fitbit as thrid party app
and i've done resync and do the consented once more. Still the same

Try revoking access and then signing in again in the Hub.

  • Open Fitbit app
  • Tap your profile pic in the top left
  • Scroll down to Third party apps
  • Manage 3rd party apps
  • Revoke access to the Hub

i've just done it again, for other exercise sync okay, but for rowing
exercise it's not syncing.

Your next step is to contact Decathlon since they manage this connection. The only top we can offer is to revoke and reconnect which works. If these steps fail, we have to reach out to the manager of the link. 

 

I also moved this none hardware post to the Third Party Board
