Data not syncing with MyFitnessPal

Hi.  My data from MyFitnessPal is not syncing with Fitbit charge 2. I have tried everything that’s suggested on your forum but no luck. I will appreciate any help.

Hello @Navneet1109 welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's a pleasure to assist you with this situation. My apologies for the delay in responding your post.

 

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and time troubleshooting your device prior to posting with the information that was found here in the Community Forums. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and if this is a persistent issue? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps to revoke access. 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Scroll down and tap or click Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.
