Why won’t my Fitbit automatically transfer data to my coaches Trainerize app any more?? It used too and now no longer does.

Hi @Revelation14 please see this thread.
I'm not sure why, but fitbit does not send this data. Trainerize is responsible and if there is an issue that they can not resolve. They will need to contact fitbit.
I've also moved your post out of hardware support.

I appreciate you shared your experience the Trainerize app.
I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.
If you continue having the same problem, please contact Trainerize customer support. They will provide further assistance.
