Delay syncing with PACT App

I need to sync this with PACT and I keep getting an error message.

From what I gather on their website (I also just joined 3 days ago) Pact has a delayed sync which means it can take a few hours or days before it syncs fitbit. Their website says allow at least 24 hours from the end of the next day for fitbit steps to sync. So one sync in 3 days might be intended.

I synced with Pact without issue. What is the error message you are getting?

I'd be interested to hear what you find out.  I just joined PACT 3 days ago - it synced once, about 24 hours after I signed up and hasn't since.

It was giving me some weird connectino problem. I checked just now and everything is working.

Coming back to this topic to let you know that mine just synced again and pulled data for 1/1 and 1/2. How about you?

It still not linking at all.

 

I'm going to give it until Monday and then I'll delete it.

 

How did you get it to sync?

 

I check the app and it has the lighting bolt; so I assume it's was going to sync somehow.

Mine synced the data for 1/2 and 1/3 yesterday afternoon.  I think you are right - they do it every few days.

@brianoc Welcome to the Community! You can try changing browsers or if you're doing the linking procedure using your phone, then do it with a computer.
