Gearfit sleep tracker & step tracker

I am a new user.  I have a Gearfit.  I also utilize SHealth & have a Galaxy S4.

My Gearfit syncs perfectly to SHealth and will sync everything to fitbit.com except for the step tracker & sleep tracker.  

Does anyone have suggestions to resolve this?

Welcome to the Community @Bobbielea! Currently, GearFit isn't listed as a supported app. This may be the reason why it's not syncing the steps and sleep. However, this is a good idea and you may want to post it in our Feature Suggestion board; because those ideas are viewed by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.
