Difficulties connecting Spotify account

I have a premium subscription to spotify but my versa2 kept saying it's not. I have to re log in to make it work. Do i have to re log in everytime I want to use Spotify?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're experiencing such difficulties with your Spotify app. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such inconvenience and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to link your Spotify account? If you haven't already done so, please try the below steps to restart your device but prior to do that, please uninstall the Spotify app and after the restart process is done, please install it again.

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
