Digifit integration with fitbit

Hi There,

I am just seeking some help.

I used digifit with a heart rate monitor to log a workout for the first time this morning.

I can see the workout in digifit, but I cannot see it reflected anywhere in fitbit.

Can anyone tell me where I would find the details on my digifit workout in fitbit?

Is it meant to be logged as an individual item under 'activity'?

Also, how long does it normally take for the digifit info to appear in fitbit?

Thank you for your help!

@rowie78 Thanks for stopping by the community! You should re-link them again through your applications. Digifit should sync your activities (workouts) to your Fitbit account. And Fitbit should sync calories and sleep to your Digifit account. Let me know if it works, okay?

Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for your response.
I've just check my fitbit activity log.
It is still saying that I have no activities logged at all. I've tried relinking my accounts again a few times and it still doesn't seem to be working. Do you have any other suggestions?
I just want to confirm that I should see an actual entry for my walk logged under activity?

Thanks again,

Rowena

@rowie78 Thanks for re-linking both accounts! I highly recommend that you contact Digifit Support. I remember that a couple of months ago they had a bug that was blocking their site from accessing Fitbit data. And something similar happened in January too: Unable to link my Force account to my Digifit account. Let me know if you have another question.

I will let you know what happens.
