Discrepancy In Fitbit and Strava

I do cycling , I measured my distance in Fitbit and it came around 30 km however on Strava it’s appearing as 18 km. Time and route is appearing same and both the apps are linked too . I noticed even huge difference in elevated gain too. Pls help

Is the Strava map mirroring the Fitbit map?  What watch are you using?  I get good results with a Charge 3 that relies on the iPhone GPS. I tried using the Charge 4 and it was a HOT MESS.  Sent it back.  Happy with the Charge 3 till they get it sorted...
