I have connected my Charge 4 to MapMyRide, but when I try to review heart rate data, I get message "device not supported". Anyone have success in sending heart rate data to MapMyRide?

@ChuckEFinn A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the details mentioned. Fitbit will sync distance and calories burned to MapMyRide however Fitbit heart rate data won't transfer to the third-party account.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Best AnswerThx for the above, Silvia.
Do ANY of the Fitbit fitness bands/watches transfer during-exercise HR data to eg 3rd-party apps like MapMyRun or MMF? Via something just like the old Bluetooth or ANT connection, instead of going through the Fitbit app?
Sync of workout-level info is nice, but not enough if the user has a preference for another smartphone fitness app.

@ThadD Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.
Fitbit trackers/watches don't sync heart rate data to third-party apps. Check this post to find more information about the data that syncs between some third-party apps.
