How can I get heart rate data from Charge 4 to Strava?

With the Charge 4, it most certainly does!!!  Look again. Just record under exercise with GPS.

Currently, heart rate information won't sync to any third-party app. However, if you would like to see this feature implemented in the future, you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.

It’s not showing up on mine. How did you log your workout data? On Fitbit w/ Gps that would then sync with Strava?  Thank you

Yes. Be certain to turn on GPS before workout.  It's not user friendly, unfortunately.
