Is there a translation app (supported on the Versa 2) that translates languages for communication purposes? I have a lot of Spanish speaking customers and it would save a lot of time to be able to translate on the fly,  

All I could find was how to change language on my device.  Don't need that...

Fitbit doesn't have an official translation app for the purposes that your mentioning. You can check the compatible apps and also search if you can find an app that can do what you're requesting.
