Hi, I'm not able to connect my Flex with my insurance wellness center. The wellness site gives me the option to connect and I was connected from fitbit site a couple weeks ago. It never seemed to work correctly though so it was suggested to uninstall and reinstall. (Error-Requested resource is currently unavailable. Request to the remote server has timed out. Try again later or contact your portal administrator) This is what shows everytime I try to connect now. Can you help me..please...This has been a very frustrating process. Also I have installed the fitbit connect application. I am using google chrome.

Since you unlink the account I believe that the invite or the join option got removed and that's why you're unable to join once again. I would like you to contact your HR so they can look further into the issue.
