Error when Connecting to OneTouch Reveal

Receive the following error when setting up the connection to the OneTouch Reveal app:

 

Your data can’t be shared with OneTouch® due to data sharing limits. Contact Customer Service for more information.

 

Get this message right after entering login credentials for OneTouch.

Confirmed login credentials are correct, and there is data on the OneTouch website...
