Everymove and Fitbit not syncing properly.

Everymove was syncing, on  a very odd schedule, with my fitbit.  Now it doesn't.  I tried disconnecting the two apps and reconnecting but it didn't help.  I try the manual sync, click the sync button on the linked app, it says its syncing but doesn't, no error message just nothing.

 

Any ideas? Are fitbit and everymove fighting? Can't really ask everymove as they lack a customer interface but the company set up a contest through them so I'm stuck with everymove for now.

The contact has received no response.  Internet search revealed no answers. It did reveal that Everymove has cut staff and considers its website "self serve".  I'm hoping my company and insurance carrier aren't giving them a bunch of money. 

 

Once I get my company incentive I'm deleting my account. In the meantime I would like an accurate accounting to keep all concerned happy.  I'm pretty sure the problem is at Everymove but since contacting them is haphazard I thought I would try and tap this resource which is far more responsive.

Very strange, but you're right.  My steps stopped syncing on EveryMove too.

 

I recently started participating on their 'plans' and while that is somewhat interesting, it's not interesting enough for me to enter my steps manually every day.

 

I alerted them as well.  Hopefully they'll get on the ball.

Mine finally did a sync a few minutes ago, after trying all day. If it weren't for the company incentive I wouldn't bother.
