When I work out with my trainer I use the workout under exercise on my Versa, but it doesn’t sync over to MyFitnessPal   Why should I have to add manually

Welcome to the Forums @Gloflo.

 

The activities should be syncing from your Fitbit account to MFP automatically, there should be no need for you to do it manually. 

 

It could be that something is wrong with the connection between the two, let's try to restart the connection and see if that helps out. Also please make sure that you are using the latest  version of the Fitbit app and the MyFitnessPal app, you are using the apps at all.
