Hi. As the subject states I'm unable to sync my activities/exercise (which for me is running) to external apps. Everything is syncing except my runs (water intake, sleep, heart rate tracking, steps, and so on).
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? From browsing the forums I've seen suggestions for revoking access to the apps in Fitbit, removing the connection via the external apps, and then reconnecting. I've done this multiple times with no luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

What activities apps are you trying to sync to? Each third party app decides what it can or cannot integrate into its database when accessing Fitbit database.
If you are not getting anything at all to sync, I think your general approach is correct. Revoke access than then try to reconnect. Generally you have to connect from the third party app, rather than from the Fitbit side, though usually you can revoke from the Fitbit side.
