Exercises not syncing into Nutracheck

I'm having 2 issues with this.

Firstly, Fitbit will sync across my total Steps, but not my logged exercises. So I will go to the gym and on my Fitbit Blaze I will select 'Elliptical", and track that. Let's say it's 3000 steps. I'll then wait for it to sync with Nutracheck, and the Steps update, but the Elliptical exercise doesn't. 

Second problem - one time it did successfully sync the exercise across to Nutracheck - but it counted the 3000 steps taken on the Elliptical in the normal Steps, as well as in the separate Elliptical exercise. So it would say: Total Steps: 10,000. and then Elliptical with it's total calories burned. Even though the 3000 steps were INCLUDED in my total 10,000. So it's doubling it up? It should have adjusted and said "Total Steps: 7000" and then had the Elliptical?

Have you contacted Nutracheck and asked them what should sync .I don't see any sign that Fitbit even knows that Nutacheck Conniects .This is nitnuncommon since third parties dosnit need fitbits permission.
