I appreciate the details that you've mentioned. I would like you to unlink both applications and then test it out. (Remember that the activities that didn't sync previously won't sync after you do this procedure)
- Go to your online Dashboard
- Click on settings
- Applications and find Strava
- Click on Revoke Access
