Exercises' times aren't transferred correctly to Runkeeper

I use a Fitbit Ionic to track my runs and bike rides. I love it, built in GPS and music works great. I synced it to the Runkeeper app to keep better track of my activities. But, the data doesn’t transfer properly to the Runkeeper app. The distances are always correct, but the times are not. The times are higher, most of the time. A few times they have transferred correctly, but for the most part they’re always higher. I contacted Runkeeper a couple of months ago, and they say they’re working on it, but no resolution yet. Just wondering if anyone else has, or had this problem, and if there was a resolution.

@OscarML A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you're using an Ionic and Runkeeper.

I've moved your post to this thread because it's more related to the topic. I appreciate that you mentioned you have contacted Runkeeper and they are already aware of this and working on resolution.

Don't hesitate to post back if you have any updates about it.
