FIXED: Fitbit Not Syncing With Strava

Anybody having issues the last 2 days with Strava not being updated from FitBit app?

Fitbit Blaze here, but same problem since May 21/2021. 

Customer service has been zero help as well.

Had the same problem start today too with my charge 4. Have uninstall and reinstalled both apps and repaired it all and nothing. Gutted like the original post I also got it for the pairing with strava abilities.

I just came on here to ask the exact same thing! I've deleted and reinstalled Strava, I've unconnected and reconnected it to my Charge 4.

I've 'revoked' it and been on Strava.Fitbit.com or where ever.

There's obviously a global issue.

Hope 'they' read this and sort it.

I just did a massive bloody run and I can see it on Fitbit and it's all tracked etc. Just won't upload to Strava  grrrrrr

Mine either my run forntoday and my walk have disappeared. All I can get is impact and heart rate. Nuisance!

Okay, so my Fitbit Ionic is correctly recording runs and syncing with my phone but for whatever reason runs no longer auto export to Strava, even though my accounts are connected. Things I have already tried (pls don’t tell me to do these things): 

- disconnect and reconnect Fitbit account thru Strava app (have tried about 10 times)

-record new activity to “push” the sync thru

-update Fitbit and Strava apps 

-update ionic firmware

-log out and back into both Strava and fitbit

-power cycle ionic

-power cycle phone 

-uninstall and reinstall Strava and Fitbit apps

I’m wondering if something has changed with the way that Fitbit stores the information on runs, causing Strava not to recognize runs anymore. 

if there is nothing more to be done, please let me know so I can start looking for a new GPS watch....

I even tried making a new Fitbit account and factory resetting my ionic just now (as you can see by my new username ..... still nothing. I’m incredibly frustrated since it’s very obvious that nothing is wrong with my watch. The issue seems only to be between the two apps. I only use the watch to keep up with Strava so this issue is enough to motivate me to buy a garmin, which is a shame since it’s not the watch that’s broken 😕

Yes, me too! Must be a system wide issue. Was working fine but now won't sync with Strava. All stats showing in fitbit app. Same as others who have replied. Sure hope Fitbit or Strava or both get it resolved soon!

Yesturday my brothers bike ride synced to Syrava and my Wednesdays walk also synced. 

I've also moved the post out of hardware support and into Third Party Support.

Tried the usual reconnect stuff since it stopped working on 21 May 2021.  No sync of my activity on 22 May 2021.
