Hi,

       I've received a FiTrack scale over Christmas time and the person that offer me the gift has told me I can sync the FiTrack app with the Fitbit app. Looks like that feature is not working anymore. Could you help me please so I don't need to enter my weight manually.

Hi @AmielSurf as with most third party apps, it is best to contact the third party. They are the ones who setup and maintain the link. My suggestion is to reach out to Fitrack. 

To link up, you would do this through the Fitrack app or website.
