Fitbit Map vs Strava map tracked with built in GPS on Ionic

Hi

 

I've just swapped from a versa to an Ionic for the built in GPS as I hated having my phone attached to me whilst running 

 

A few runs in with it and I'm noticing the map in the exercise tab on the app and website dashboard doesn't load properly showing just a dot or straight line nothing like the route I did. I have it connected to Strava and the strava map looks absolutely fine. Any Ideas?

 

On another note listening to music skips - wondering if there's any other fix than wear it on the other wrist from the many forum posts I found on that one!

Hi @MaddieG1210 are you saying that the map of your run, on Fitbit, is incorrect? However the map Fitbit sends to Strava is correct in Strava? 

Or did you record the Strava map with the Strava App.
