Fit Bit One and Weight Watchers. Why doesn't it sync anymore?

When I first synced my Fitbit One with WW in Feb last year it was great.  Since then my fitbit will connect but will not sync so all that info is lost or i have to enter it manually.

 

Any answers out there.  Do I need to update anything?

You can unlink it and then try to link it again.

 

If it doesnt work you need to contact WW Support as its on there end.
