I am also struggling to get my FitBit to update my Vitality account. I check at the end of the day and my IPHONE is synced with my Charge HR, I also check this website and the dashboard and my IPHONE and Charge HR are all synced however it doesn't get updated to my Vitality account. I have checked every setting I can find and nothing seems out of place. I do from time to time get updates but it is spotty and not always accurate and often weeks or months after the fact. Is there something wrong with my account. I am also checking with Vitality and will update once they provide feedback. Any help anyone can share based on their own experiences with FITBIT and Vitality would be greatly appreciated.
