1 wk ago my fitbit Inspire 2 synced with my Weight Watchers app to count activity.
WW subscription expired and I re stared with same account a couple of days later. Fitbit no longer syncs.
Talked to WW for 45 minutes with no luck. Called Fitbit and they told me sync information was no longer available on Desktop. My Inspire 2 is not paired on Desktop.
This is where I have to accept WW access to my account. I ask if could be done on Fitbit app. He said no! He didn't think WW was an available to sync although it was 6 days ago. I have not receive any emails saying they are dropping WW. Rep "Henry" refused to let me talk to a supervisor. What kind of customer service is that???
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hello @Austin1959 it is your WW account that links up to your Fitbit account. The tracker is completely out of the picture.
Weight Watchers is in charge of this link, not fitbit.
I found instructions on how to link the two accounts here
If they do not work, you will need to reach out to weight watchers.
The best we can suggest is from fitbit, revoke access, then through WW reconnect.
The tracker is linked to your fitbit account.
