Fit star workout not registering

The dashboard only shows 1 session complete but when I click on it it shows 2. The fitness test synced with my fitbit app but my daily burn workout doesn't. That's the whole reason I signed up was to have my workouts sync on my fitbit app. I already disconnected the apes from each other on both ends. Still not solved. Since the fitstar dashboard is only showing my fit test unless I click on it tgedn it shows my daily burn workout I think fitstar may be the problem. Help!

Thanks for providing that info. I know it's frustrating, but our team is aware of the issue and they're working on a fix.

Thank you. I thought it was me. Yesterday, I had aproblem, but it was not correct, but today nothing registered. I spent time on the call and not productive. I wish he daid there is a problem and we are aware of it.

Hi @AndrewFitbit! How is it going with the fix on the FitStar syncing issue? It was still OK when I had some FitStar workouts last Saturday morning (Feb 27). This morning the 2 FitStar workouts that I did didn't sync. Would they get across once the syncing issue gets fixed?

Me too I had issues with fitstar. Nothing is registered on fitbit app. Also did unlink relinked and synchronized but nothing registered on my fitbit dashboard. Please advice
