Hello @Hsimard5240, nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! In this scenario I saw your previous data from Weight watchers was deleted. Note that Fitbit only share information across the integration but does not have the access to delete information in third party services.

In this case make sure your Weight watchers does not contain a variation in the email address used to registered your account. I've seen this happen in the majority of these issues.

If nothing of this seem to be the issue, try to connect your accounts one more: Usually I do not recommend to do this, but this is a special case, go ahead and revoke the access from WW in your Application settings using your web-Dashboard.

Once you have done that, return and proceed to the steps to connect again your accounts:

  1. Log in to your Weight Watchers account.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner, then tap the gear icon.
  3. Tap Activity Settings.
  4. Tap Device.
  5. If you already have a device connected to your Weight Watchers account, tap Disconnect. Weight Watchers allows you to connect only one device to your account.
  6. Tap No devices connected, then tap Fitbit
  7. Tap Continue to connect your Fitbit account.

Hope this helps and keep me posted in case you need more help.
