I really like the functionality of Fitbit telling me if I am in the zone, above or below - but I am really confused - I set the same goal weight in each app, but Fitbit's assessment of how many calories I have left to eat is always different than Lose It. Which one do I follow? Help!

Hi there @LindsayLB, nice to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if your Lose It account is connected with your Fitbit Dashboard? If the answer is yes, are you logging food in both accounts?
If none of the previous scenarios apply, note that the food plan is a dynamic tool and will change constantly based on your daily activity.
