Even after connecting FitBit and MindBody and multiple days of use, FitBit doesn't pick up the MindBody data. Any suggestions on how to remedy?

Allow me to help you @HHI27! Your total active minutes, calories burned and average heart rate are summarized on your history page. Fitbit accounts to automatically track your results from each workout. However, this app will work just if you have a Charge HR or Surge. Do you have any of this trackers? Did you notice that this data was syncing before?
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Today, the two actually synched; however, only 18 minutes of the MindBody synched. It shows only 208 calories while the MindBody report shows 655 calories in 67 minutes of activity.

Hey @HHI27! This is pretty weird, I would contact MindBody directly so they can further investigate why are you getting this discrepancy.
Thanks for your understanding.

Hi, I cannot connect to my Fitbit Charge 2 through the MINDBODY app. Are they not compatible? It looks like the original poster could do so. Thanks.

Hey there @Kja243! I was checking the list of compatible app and MindBody is listed. I would like you to check your apps that have been linked with Fitbit to double check that MindBody has been properly connected.
- Go to your Dashboard > click on settings
- Applications > there should be listed Mindbody
Hope this helps!
