I can tell you from the side of third party integrations, there is not an official app that integrate with Fitbit that could offers this option. From our end as Fitbit, we do not have planned this at least for the time being, as you can see in this feature suggestion topic: Track Sexual Activity as Most Active Minutes. Make sure to review the suggestion in that suggestion from @RickyFitbit to learn about other alternatives.
There are tons of app out there that are not necessarily supported, but are able to work with Fitbit. The difference is we do not have additional details on how it works or if they exists. In relation to your concern I do not know if something similar exists that is able to connect with your Fitbit account.
