A Fitbit is about getting healthier weight is not a key factor.  Why won't they update the app to have body measurements record.  Most people just don't use a scale they look at the entire picture with measurements

Also in our Feature Suggestion board we have some feedback about a similar request, however we do not have planned this at least for the time being. You can visit the following idea to learn more about this decision: Add body measurement feature, here you can find the latest update shared by @LizFitbit.
