FitBit added too many calories (MFP)

Hi everyone!

I'm using a Charge 2 and MyFitnessPal and normally everything syncs just fine (I do have to crash the FitBit app to get it to resync with MFP but that's a minor annoyance). But today, It just wouldn't sync with MFP at all. I disconnected and reconnected the apps. I uninstalled them from my phone and reinstalled them. MFP is logging my calories correctly:

  • Breakfast: 339
  • Morning Snack: 264
  • Lunch: 887
  • Dinner: 410

But in FitBit, it now shows calories like so:
  • Breakfast: 1581
  • Morning Snack: 265
  • Lunch: 888
  • Dinner: 410

I can't find a way to fix the breakfast number, and it won't correct itself by resyncing. This has me at 1850 calories over for the day which is very incorrect.

Can anyone help??

Same here, been playing up for a few hours now. Guessing a tech glitch somewhere, uninstalling apps and disconnecting link between the two doesn’t seem to help either 😞

The Under Armour platform status doesn’t show any issues currently so it looks like its poss something Fitbit’s end.
