FitBit and SparkPeople - fiber and water not syncing

I use Spark People to enter all my food. My steps and activity minutes sync over to SP from FitBit fine, but my fiber consumption does not sync from SP to FitBit. Other foods and nutrients do sync. Water syncs with the other food, but the dashboard doesn't show it. Any Idea why?

Hi again @Rebecca07, good to see you here in the Fitbit Community. Note that many third party integrations are not under our control, since these services are made using our open API, although here is something it might help you to sync all your information.

 

Revoke the access from Sparkpeople from your applications settings and try to re-link both services again.

 

  1. Log in to SparkPeople.
  2. Go to http://www.sparkpeople.com/fitbit/connect.asp.
  3. Click the Connect Accounts button. You’re returned to the Fitbit Settings page on the SparkPeople site.
  4. At the bottom, adjust your settings as desired.

Each time you sync your Fitbit data, your SparkPeople account will update automatically.

 

With water I recommend to log this information directly on your Fitbit Dashboard. Many third party services are not able to sync this information automatically.
