FitBit not linking with MFP

My charge 6 stopped working/syncing with My Fitness Pal.  When I try to reconnect to MFP, I keep getting an error that says "to connect to FitBit account please allow MFP to access all FitBit Data points" which I did.  Or, I get a message saying "there was an error trying to connect."  Anyone else have this issue?

I’m facing the same issue. Fitbit says they’ve resolved the issue but the problem seems to persist. I tried their resolution multiple times but it doesn’t work: this is so frustrating. I’m a new Fitbit customer, I’d purchased charge6 so it could connect to MyFitnessPal. But if it doesn’t, I’d rather return the product and buy an Apple Watch.

I reached out to MFP and evidently they’re aware of the issue and it’s on
their end, it FitBit’s. They don’t have an ETA

Yep. Same issues here since yesterday. Fitbit Charge 6. Stopped syncing. Android v14, Fitbit v4.38(110235289), MFP v25.11.0-40427

Looks like it's been sorted. Seems ok now.

Nope. Still not connecting for me. MFP said they had no ETA on when it
would be fixed

Sorry to hear that. Mine is still ok, so you must have a different issue. Mine works fin for months, then there will be some sort of FB/MFP update that throws everything off for a while. It wasn't working for a couple of months last year while FB/MFP sorted out the issue. Since then although it stops working occasionally, they seem to get it working again pretty quickly. Fingers crossed you get your issue sorted.

Hopefully it does soon. So update: I was able to sync Fitbit with MFP but
the data doesn’t seem to transfer to MFP. None of my workouts are logged in
there. I have to manually add them to MFP. Pretty annoying.
