Hi Folks,
I have recently installed Runkeeper and synced it with Fitbit on Runkeeper.com
On web (Runkeeper.com), my feeds shows x steps via FitBit.
However, the Runkpeer app doesnt show any steps on my profile home page from Fitbit.
Am I missing anything here, or the Runkeeper app doesnt show any steps from Fitbit. Any idea?

Hi there @pinkyj, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! Runkeeper has the ability to sync data from Fitbit but is not able to sync data to your Fitbit account.
The information that is available to sync is the following:
For more details please visit: Third Party Apps - Informational Post.
If your data is not syncing, please revoke the access from your App setting son your online-Dashboard and repeat the process to connect your accounts again:
Your Fitbit account will now be linked to RunKeeper. Again, keep in mind that this is a one-way integration, meaning your Fitbit data syncs to Runkeeper but not vice versa. If you run or jog without your Fitbit tracker on, it will not be automatically recorded on your Fitbit profile. If you prefer to use RunKeeper over a Fitbit tracker, you can manually log your RunKeeper stats on the Log section of your Fitbit account.
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

Best AnswerHas Fit bit app been updated to allow Runkeeper data. If I did not wear my fit bit on I day that I exercised I sometimes log it with Runkeeper but the event will not transfer to the Fitbit account. It would be nice to have all my workouts logged with Fitbit tracking
That didn't work for me. My hear rate data is not getting transferred.
Best AnswerThat is still not working. Data simply does not transfer to RunKeeper. My data shows on the fitbit app, but not on the RunKeeper app. Do you know how I might be able to fix that?
Best AnswerThe only way I can get it to work is to disconnect Fitbit from RunKeeper and then connect it again. I have to do this every single time i want the activity to transfer. It's not exactly convenient.

Hello everybody, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community.
In addition to the steps to revoke access between Fitbit and RunKeeper, you can find some other important things to note in this site.
If you continue having difficulties, please reach out RunKeeper customer support.
Have a nice day.

Best AnswerThe linked page above describes how to connect RunKeeper and Fitbit, which is not the issue. There is nothing new there that would help understand our fix the issue with the two accounts not syncing.
I suspect the issue is with Fitbit not RunKeeper, so passing it off as someone else's problem isn't really very helpful.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @OkieDok.
Currently, the integration with Runkeeper is just one way, from Fitbit to Runkeeper. For more information, please visit this post.
You are welcome to make a suggestion in the Feature Suggestions board which is constantly monitored by the engineering team for future implementations. If there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.
Have a nice day.
