Versa 2 will not sync with WW App

Versa 2 will o longer sync with my WEight Watchers app both are fully updated.  Ideas?

Contact WW. They, not Fitbit, handles this sync.

I appreciate the information shared. I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device as well.

 

Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.

 

After you perform these steps you can also try to restart your Fitbit device.

 

If you continue having the same problem, please contact Support Team or the third party customer service.
