I did a couple of FitStar workout this morning but both didn't sync to my Fitbit account. The last time it worked was last Saturday, February 27. Does anyone know what's going on?

Thanks.

I don't know what fixed it but it's working now. I followed @JuanJoFitbit's suggestion: I logged out of the Fitbit app and turned off then on my phone. But before I did the 2nd step, I also went to the FitStar app and disconnected Fitbit from it. I then went to my Fitbit account via web and revoked FitStar's access. I then turned of my phone then turned it back on then went to the FitStar app and re-coonected Fitbit.

It's all good now!

You should try it, @TDom3!

Cheers!

@RoselR It's great to see you in the Community! So sorry to hear that your FitStar workout did not sync with your Dashboard. I recommend verifying if your FitStar app has the most recent version installed. Also try logging out of the Fitbit app, turn off your phone and turn it back on. Finally, try another workout from FitStar and sync it to your Fitbit.

Keep me posted on the outcome my friend and I'll be around! Smiley Happy

RoseIR I had the dame problem.  My Fitbit has not synced with the FitStar app since Feb 27.  Have not been able to resolve.

What is the latest Fitstar version?

@TDom3 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! If you are experiencing the same problem, try the steps that my friend @RoselR did, since revoking access and re-linking both accounts should do the trick.

Let me know how it goes and catch you both later! Smiley Happy

I feel like this solution sounds ridiculous but i tried it and as i expected, it didn't work. Better solution please. Get it together.

It's great to have you here @RedHairDontCare! If your FitStar exercises haven't synced to Fitbit and you already unlinked and relinked both accounts. I would like you to contact FitStar so they can further investigate it.

Hope this helps!
