FitStar workouts - inaccurate syncing?

I'm a regular user of both FitBit and FitStar, but am a bit puzzled by the integration via my Charge HR.  For example, I did a 21 minute FitStar workout today that was very strenuous.  When it synced to my fitbit dashboard, my heart rate barely registered (I know arm movement is an issue with Charge HR accuracy), it only registered 70 calories burned, and accounted for only 7 active minutes.  This kind of thing keeps happeneing with my FitStar workouts, and I keep having to delete and re-enter them manually on FitBit dashboard.  Any experience with this?  FYI that when using FitStar, I do not use exercise mode on my Charge HR.  Thanks.

I'm having the same problem as bobsmart567.  My FitStar Yoga sessions are being recorded on fitbit but not accuratly.  on 4/2 I should have received 130 cal, and 30 min. of active minutes but Fitbit only showed 23 cal. and 0 active min.  Similar results showed on my 4/3 and 4/4/16 exercise classes.  I tried loging out of my iPhone, iPad and web and signing back in but no change.  Help.

I'm having the same problem using my Charge HR. I have been using FitStar since they first partnered with FitBit and it has always transferred the calorie amount listed in the FitStar menu directly to the FitBit app. As of the last few days a 126 calorie workout transfers at around 50 calories.

I had the same problem if I started the Fitstar session without starting the Exercise Tracking on Fitbit Blaze. The heart rate on the log and reading on the tracker were way off during the exercise. I worked around the problem by starting both the Fitbit Exercise Tracking and Fitstar session at the same time. In this case you will see 2 logs in the Fitbit Exercise. I have to manually delete one in order to avoid double count. It is annoying and I hope they will fix it.
