Got my Alta in January 2017. I have had no problems with my Alta syncing with the Sonic Boom Wellness website that my employer uses. Saturday it quit syncing mid-day. I thought I got it to work again on Tuesday morning, but it quit again mid-day. My fitbit dashboard is working fine on both my desktop and my android phone. Any suggestions? Did I change a setting? Dies this have something to do with my phone's driving mode (I've been struggling with driving mode turning on unexpectedly for the past 2 weeks)?

Hello @PattiMelt7, good to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community. Many integrations are not developed by our initiative but by the third party service. In this case I would recommend to re-link both of your accounts by revoking the access from your Applications settings.
I recommend also to contact Sonic Boom Wellness for more help.
