Fitbit Calorie Adjustment Not Syncing to MFP

MFP is sending calorie data to Fitbit

MFP is set to allow steps from Fitbit, but they do not show

MFP is set to allow calorie adjustments from Fitbit, but they do not show.

 

I have revoked access and reinstated it several times.  I have logged out and waited the 15 minutes before starting the process again.

Fitbit is set at "anyone" for Activities in the Privacy Data section

MFP is set to allow negative adjustments 

 

I've read this topic posted several times and tried to do all of the suggested fixes on my own, but they don't appear to be working.

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've tried. In this case, I would contact MyFitnessPal to see why the integration isn't working at all. Since, you already unlinked and relink both accounts.  

 

*There were some syncing issues on 9/19 but it seems to be resolved now.
