New computer with windows 10. Tried to sync. Didn't work. Now my fitbit HR not working. Attached is a picture of what happened. It's inverted. The red bar is to the left and the blank section of the bar is to the right. Can anyone help?

A warm welcome to the Community @GPrusko. Thanks for the attachment. I recommend restarting your Charge HR. After the restart process follow the setup procedure. But I need you to tell me if you have a compatible mobile device so I can provide you the correct setup instructions for you to paired the tracker as a new device.

Okay, thanks for the welcome and the response. Now, how do I restart my Fitbit HR? I think the problem started when I tried to pair it with my new computer that is running Windows 10. Any suggestions? I can also pair it with my Iphone, but I prefer to sync it on my computer. Thanks again.

Just called fit bit help desk. I needed to remove the fitbit charge HR from my account and then add it again. An update had failed to complete so the Charge HR was stuck. After the update completed, everything started working again. I'm glad there's a community help, but the customer service rep solved the problem. They were very helpful and I would recommend going there if all else fails. Thanks again.
