Fitbit Inspire 3, I've been using the Fitbit for a little while with no problems. Today I decided to sync it with MyFitnessPal and since then there's extra workouts showing in the Fitbit app under Exercise Days. The exercises themselves aren't showing the route I took properly but they seem to be showing the exact same calories burned on both.
Is this doubling my calories burned and affect my cardio load etc? MyFitnessPal seems fine.
Also worth noting I only MFP for food logging, I start all workouts on the fitbit and only the fitbit.

Also also worth noting, MFP seems to be logging the correct amount of calories burned, I just want to make sure the Fitbit app is recording the cardio load and everything else correctly.

Are you recording your routine with both apps. Then syncing? If so, choose one of the two apps to record your workout.
You recorded in both app, then synced. That's the issue. If you only want one recording, don't sync 2 recordings.
