Fitbit - Endomondo sync issue

Hi all - I am having a strange issue. I have been a Fitbit user for about a year and an Endomondo user for about 5 years. I track my exercises in Endomondo and sync them to Fitbit. And from Fitbit I sync my step counts to Endomondo. Typically this works. But from time to time Fitbit would not sync my step counts to Endomondo. Then I go into Endomondo, unlink Fitbit and relink it and everything is fine. A little cumbersome, but it works. However, for this week this would not work. I am missing Aug 10, Aug 12 and 13 in Endomondo. In Fitbit though I can see that I made around 5000 - 6000 steps on each of these days. Why isn't Fitbit syncing correctly all the time? I must admit that I used to have Fitbit Flex until mid of July and everything was fine. These errors only came up with Fitbit Surge which I have since. Thanks for your feedback and support.

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. If you've already tried unlinking and relinking both accounts by doing this procedure: 

 

Go to your Dashboard > click on settings > Applications > revoke access. Then the best thing to do is to contact Endomondo directly so they can give you more information about it.
