Try disconnect and then reconnect fitbit before you contact fitbit because that will be the first thing they will tell you to do. I've been having this issue since 2/13 and its still not resolved. Fitbit is saying the app is not compliant with the problem that they fixed and that they contacted them about it. VHm said they have not received any updates from fitbit. I bought the fitbit because it was supposed to easier than the pedometer from VHM but now it's more of a headache. My health challenge ends in 2 weeks. Virgin HM has been kind enough to input the days that it doesn't sync. They'll only go back 2 weeks so call before that. Good luck and I hope your problem gets resolved.
I found that is I put a few steps on my go zone and uploaded from those steps, it magically recognized my fitbit again. I have contacted virgin about my lost steps, but thy have not responded.
