has anyone been able to sync the old style fitbit one with weight watchers app? I have had this for many years and it has never synced no matter what we have tried.

Hello @islandgirl53.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

The first thing I'd like to mention is that the Fitbit itself doesn't sync to Weight Watchers. It needs to sync your Fitbit account and you have to connect your Fitbit and WW accounts together. You can read more about how to do that by clicking here.

 

If you have already connected them and it still won't sync, try to remove the connection and then connect them again. You can find steps for that on that article.
