bought my fit bit one a week and a half ago. synced it to my android phone with no problems. occasionaly have to turn bluetooth off and on again but other than that its been fab.
I use it inline with the weightwatchers app to count my activity points, synced up fine with that and worked perfectly.
a few days ago it stopped sending my activity points to the weightwatchers app...so i stopped the connection between ww and fitbit, and reconnected them...didnt work.
then i uninstalled the app on my phone and repeated the above...still didnt work.
next i installed the software onto my pc to see if there was anything i could do from there...that opened a whole new problem...
the software loaded fine onto my windows pc, it opened and got to the part where i sync the device...if i try syncing it the dongle doesnt see the device, if i try setting up[ a new device the software is telling me that i dont have internet connection which clearly i do otherwise you wouldnt be reading this...
i have tried resetting my device and that doesnt work, i have emailed customer support but that could take a while for a reply so if anyone has any ideas they will be greatfully recieved!
Many Thanks!

Hi there @mum0f3! I wanted to follow up on the issues you are currently experiencing with WeightWatchers and the message you are getting from Fitbit Connect. Did you receive a reply from Customer Support?

You need to speak with the people at WW. They use their own software and the Fitbit open API to sync the accounts. Whenever you sync your tracker, the info is sent to WW and then sits in a queue until someone (or an auto procedure) releases it. Fitbit does not control this at all.
