Hi,

I wanted to add my credit/debit card to my app but the cards I have are not listed as approved. How often do the suppliers of banks get updated on the app?

We don't have an estimated date about how often banks are added to Fitbit Pay. Since you don't find your bank, you can check in our Feature Suggestions if it's already there. Our team checks the suggestions and evaluates the additions with the banks.
