Sync heart rate with Carb Manager

Hi I have a FitBit Charge 2 and Carb Manager Premium. I am able to connect Carb Manager to Fitbit and sync exercise (ie steps). But HR does not come across. I have logged a HR manually, but can’t get this measurement to sync. Please help

Thanks for getting back to us and for sharing your Carb Manager inquiry @NNepokroeff99. 

 

Third party HR measurements don't go to Fitbit. That's why you're not able to sync this information with your account. You can vote for the suggestion: Allow third-parties to access live heart rate data (so Fitbits can act as HR monitors).
