Until the latest update for all apps on my iPhone (Fitbit, Strava, Garmin Connect) all my bike rides recorded with my Garmin Edge Explore would sync to Strava (via Garmin Connect) and then sync from Strava to Fitbit and show up in my “exercises”. For whatever reason, that’s no longer happening. It looks like I haven’t “exercised” any days of the week. ☹️ I’ve disconnected the accounts and reconnected all of them but nothing works. Any ideas?

I understand how you are feeling and recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device? Please also make sure your device is syncing. You can also confirm the troubleshooting instructions here.

I've done EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING is up to date (all apps, firmware, iOS). Still not seeing my Strava activities show up in my Fitbit app (or online). My husband has the same Fitbit (Charge 4) and everything is working fine for him on his Android phone.
