Hello,
I've been using a Fitbit Sense for a year now (software version 128.5.49), and had no issue with syncs between Fitbit and Strava. However, since the 25th of July, my runs & walks are not syncing anymore with Strava (but they are well syncing with Fitbit).
So far I tried the following:
- the solution from the following link (/td-p/1300470 ) Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard --> Click the gear icon on the top right corner --> Click "Settings" --> Click "Applications" on the left side --> Click "Revoke Access" under the "Fitbit + Strava" app --> Go to strava.fitbit.com/ and click "Connect" and follow the rest of the prompts to finish reconnecting your Fitbit and Strava accounts
- manual load, by extracting the .TCX file but when I tried to load it into Strava, I get an error message, saying that the file is empty (the file has 513 bytes).
Is anyone facing the same issues? Any tips on how to fix this?
